It was so much fun working with Jenny. She got to know who we were prior to the wedding and she really captured our personalities. It was an intimate affair and Jenny caught all the love that day. My husband Kenny and I got married in Central Park and Jenny’s photo’s captured the day perfectly. Jenny’s photos have a way of telling a story. Unlike other wedding photos, Jenny truly captures each moment that made our day so special. Shooting our engagement photos with Jenny was so much fun! Neither I nor my fiance had gotten pictures taken since our senior photos, but Jenny put us right at ease and made the experience a blast. jenny flew to bali to shoot our wedding. she was amazing... she is a great story-teller... she sees the essence of the event, of the couple and tells their story with her photographs... finding everything from the small details that made our day unique to the idea to get us on a scooter in the rice fields. her energy and positive personality make her fun to be around and she puts everyone at ease... she also “disappears” and captures moments that you didn’t even realize she was there to see.

When hiring a pro to shoot your wedding, you expect great shots. But Jenny's weren't just great. They were so good, I wish I had taken many of them myself. Speaking as a professional photographer, there is no higher praise I can give. She captured every key moment, even those we were to distracted to notice. In particular, the defining shot of the event is so perfect that we still cannot look at it without laughing. My enthusiastic stomping of a glass made part of the canopy fall onto our officiant and the look on his face is priceless. In addition to the superlative photos, Jenny was an absolute pleasure to be around. She is fun and easy-going and meshed seamlessly with our friends. Afterward, she even got our wedding featured on Brooklyn Bride. I can say from experience that all other wedding photographers are creepy and look like ponytail-era Steven Seagal. I feel so fortunate so have found her just in time for my wedding. She was a natural choice for us: an obviously skilled photographer and an old friend who took very good care of us. We love looking at our wedding photos and remembering all of the small moments which Jenny captured without us noticing. I can't even begin to tell you how impressed we are with the pictures! You did such a lovely job! Honestly, Scott and I just sit here on the computer looking over them again and again - it's ridiculous. I just about shut down the entire surgery department at work when I pulled up the website. That's all we did for the first three hours of work! The album is a big hit and I think the pictures are absolutely beautiful. Even among the dozens of wedding photographers endorsed by our style bible, New York Magazine, Jenny’s work immediately stood out. Within minutes of seeing her portfolio I was on the phone with my dad, who quickly pronounced her as “getting it.”

We gave Jenny a challenge – a dim space full of beautiful terra cotta, wood and stained glass details – great for the still shots with long exposures that are not synonymous with the whirlwind that is a wedding. Jenny came through to compose and capture light, detail, emotions and moments on the fly. Rather than staged stills, her talent produced a record of our wedding that is as genuine as it is beautiful.
